Made from the distillation of the pomace from our organic Sangiovese grapes. Wine description: the spirit is kept in small oak barriques for 12 months and presents a characteristic amber colour, clear and crystalline. To the nose it has a complexity of aromas and in the mouth there are some hints of hay and earth, blended with notes of spices released by the oak.

Serve in a tulip shaped glass at 18°C.
