The glass takes on a bright and vivid ruby red colour of medium intensity. There are notes of violet and ripe cherry on the nose. Light notes of spices and fresh balsamic tones are perceived in the background. On the attack, the wine has a light body with a non-invasive alcoholic fraction. A nice fresh juice characterises the mid-palate, with decisive and slightly mouth-drying tannin in the finish. The intense mouth aromas are always linked to the fresh fruity notes. Medium-length persistence.

Grilled meat, perfect with pork ribs seasoned with sage and rosemary.
