The glass takes on a vivid, deep and impenetrable purple red colour. Intense and rich in sweet fruity notes on the nose. Aromas emerge of blackberry and ripe Vignola cherry. The olfactory profile is enriched with delicate balsamic notes that add freshness. The mouth denotes an important structure where the alcoholic fraction is mouth-filling and serves as counterpoint to the very important acid and tannic notes. The well-defined sapid vein adds body and tactile density. The mouth aromas always offer a trail of ripe, juicy and inviting red fruit. Long persistence.
